Washington-Henry 5K

The Washington-Henry Elementary School PTA is sponsoring a 5k road race and a 1/4 mile Kids Fun Run. The 5K will immediately follow the finish of the Kids Fun Run at 8:30. The event will be hand timed and the course distances are based on GPS watch. The 5K course will begin and end at Washington-Henry ES and take runners through the Holly Ridge subdivision. The 1/4 mile kids run will take place on the fire access road and bus loop.

The cost of the 5K is $10 and registrants have the option to purchase a race t-shirt for an additional $10. The Kids Fun Run requires an online race registration but is free to enter. Race t-shirts are available for purchase for the Kids Fun Run for $10. Additional t-shirts may also be purchased through the online Store. All registrants will have the option to purchase t-shirts if they register by April 2. After April 2, the option to purchase t-shirts will not be available on the race registration pages. A limited number of t-shirts will be made available for purchase on the day of the race.

Prizes will be awarded following the 5K. All participants in the kids fun run will receive an award for participating.

Packet pickup will be available on race day beginning at 7:45 am.
