Let's ring in the Fall with a timed swim-bike-run workout followed by a social at Robious Landing Park following the traditional Robious (Old Tavern) course.
Swim: 800 meters (8:00 AM Start)
Bike: 18 miles
Brunch: 10:00 AM

Members who register must plan to do the full tri workout (swim/bike/run). So that we can reserve space for those who plan for the full workout, there is no bike only, swim only option. Thanks for your understanding.
* Swim is 800m DOWNRIVER. We will walk the trail to the Stone Harbor dock, enter the water there and swim to the park floating dock.
* Ride is out Robious Road to the end of Manikintown Ferry Rd and back
* Riders must follow all traffic signs and laws. There are several stoplights on the course
* Run is 5k through the park and neighborhood

This is not a race. There will be a clock at the run finish with a running time. There will not be official race timing. There are no awards.0
