9K for the K9s, Sponsored by Sona Bank

Lace up your favorite running shoes and be sure to bring your favorite four-legged running partner.  The 9K for the K9s and Pooch Pursuit Fun Run feature a unique run through City Center in Newport News, all while honoring our four-legged heroes.  This race is open to runners/walkers of all levels, and adaptive, hand-cycle or pushrim users are welcome.  We also welcome strollers four-legged running partners on a leash.

Throughout the morning, you will see amazing demonstrations in the areas of command, protection and tracking, visit pet-friendly vendors to learn about some of the latest pet-related products and enjoy some of the best food trucks in town!
