Challenge details
This is a 280 mile/450K virtual run across Virginia from the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail in Chesapeake to the middle of the Memorial Bridge over the Potomac River in Arlington, Virginia. The virtual route follows the East Coast Greenway Trail. Complete your mileage as you see fit by running or walking, either by treadmill, on the trails or on the street. There is even a cycling option.
Runners/Riders will be able to track their progress along the trail as if they are actually on the trail.

All participants receive a custom technical Tee and a finisher medal.
