Description

Family Crisis Support Services is holding the 2nd Annual "Walk/Run in Their Shoes" 5K color run.   This run is for awareness and recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, to be held Saturday, April 13th.  Race will begin promptly at 8am - Registration and Sign-Ins will begin at 7am.   Race begins at the Norton Community Center (next to Norton Elementary School) parking lot and will be mapped out through downtown Norton.  There will be a water stand at the half-way mark and volunteers ensuring that the right route is taken.  There will be three age divisions: 12 and under; 13-39, and 40 and over.  Medals will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places and each runner will have their time recorded.  The color explosion will occur at the beginning and the end of the race.

Pre-registration is encouraged and each participant that registers on this page will receive an extra ticket for the raffle drawing that day.  Your $25 registration fee includes a complimentary ticket for prizes, a t-shirt, a snack bar with water, and a picture.  If you wait until the day of the race, registration will go up to $30.

Support survivors of sexual assault, help raise awareness and be a voice in the continued fight of this injustice.  #saam  #teal
