Description
Celebrating bringing live music back to Virginia's Blue Ridge! Join your favorite music venues for a Ride, Walk, Run, 5K, 10K or Long Distance experience!
Start training now for the big race happening between September 1 - 20, 2020. The $40 registration includes a 50/50 poly-cotton race t-shirt, a custom 3-inch finisher medal with satin ribbon featuring the music venues (all racers get a medal), downloadable race bib and online tracking of their standing. Start training, map out your custom route, show us your playlist, set a goal and keep us posted on your progress throughout training and the race with #MilesforMusic. Social media will be a big part of the virtual race. There will be posts with suggested routes, playlists, upcoming live music events and more.
Race registration is open until midnight on Sept. 19th. If you are an out-of-town racer, your packet will be mailed. For all other racers, your packets can be picked up Monday through Friday from 10am - 6pm at the Salem Civic Center Box Office.
A select portion of your entry fee will go back to one of our three selected non-profits for you to choose from:
1. Virginia Children's Theater
2. Roanoke Valley Children's Choir
3. Blue Cow Arts
