Description

Henry Lee and Judith Pigg Carter valued education above everything, and they spent a lifetime of focus and effort toward improving and promoting education for the students in Orange County, Virginia.
The Carter Education Foundation was created by their children to honor their parents’ legacy, and to continue their efforts to support access to post-secondary education, with a focus on licensure programs and Associates Degrees, for the graduating students of Orange County High School.

Please register and join us by participating in this event to raise money for OCHS students!
