CDR SuperHero Dash 5K and Family Fun Run

Channel your inner SuperHero and come join us for a "Super" morning of racing and family fun. The 5K run/walk can be competitive or casual and we invite all families to participate in the 1 Mile Family Fun Run. Back again this year is the "Super Duper Trike Trek" featuring ten brave riders racing tricycles!

COSTUMES ARE ENCOURAGED!

Race Day Registration begins at 7:00 AM.

• 5K Run/Walk - $45
• 1Mile Family Fun Run - $20 (T-shirt not guaranteed)

The Super Duper Trike Trek begins at 7:45 am followed by the Family Fun Run at 8:00 am and the 5K begins at 8:30 am

PACKET PICK-UP IS FRIDAY, AUG. 9 at CDR, 150 POINT O'WOODS ROAD, WILLIAMSBURG, FROM 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. 

Race medals will be awarded in age group categories for COMPETETIVE Runners and Walkers. All race finishers receive a medal!

Not up for a 5K? Then join the 1-Mile Family Fun Run.  All children in the Fun Run will receive a medal and a T-shirt. 

The event includes children's activities, food and snacks, music and lots of fun!

This event is a major fundraiser for CDR and the children we serve. Please consider starting a fundraiser to make your participation have an even greater impact.
