RidgeRunners May Day 5K

When: 8:30 AM, Sunday May 1st

Where: 12350 Oakwood Drive, Woodbridge, VA, Lake Ridge Association Offices

Swag: Tech Short Sleeve T-shirt if registered by 23 April. Runners registering after 23 April are not guaranteed a shirt.

Timing: Chip Timed by Tri-Performance LLC

Stroller Friendly: Yes. Runners with strollers will have a separate start beginning at 8:35.

Kid’s Fun Run: 1K Kids fun run beginning at 9:30 AM. For children 10 and under.

Packet Pick Up: Everyone is encouraged to pick up their packets at VA Runner (14210 Smoketown Rd,) from 5:00-7:00 on Friday, 29 April, and from 10:00-2:00 on Saturday, 30 April. Packet pick up will also take place on race morning at the Lake Ridge Association Offices (12350 Oakwood Dr.)

Post Race: Enjoy post race snacks, music from our DJ, pick up raffle prizes, and stay for the awards ceremony beginning at 9:30!

Awards: 
Top three female and male finishers will receive a trophy

Top female and male finishers running with a stroller will receive a trophy.

Top three finishers in these age divisions will receive an award: 7 and younger, 8-11, 12-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and 60 and better

The team with the most participants will be named "Fittest Team" and receive a trophy

The  team with the fastest average times for its top five finishers will be named "Fastest Team" and receive a trophy

You can only win one individual award, so a runner who comes in second overall will not be considered for fastest with a stroller or for winning their age division.
