Viking Dash - Wilmington, NC

*  The 5K course takes place almost entirely on the hard-packed dirt trail that encircles the lake at RiverLights.  This section is flat.
*  Only a short section of the course (.3 miles) is on softer sand. This section is at the far end of the course where the 2nd water station is located.
