ABOUT THE VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE
WHAT IS #VIRTUALLYMIAMIFAMOUS?
#VirtuallyMiamiFamous wired by the Life Time Miami Marathon & Half is a Virtual Experience that can be completed anywhere. There are various distances you can choose from that you may run or walk at your convenience and at your own pace anytime from January 27 to January 29, 2023.
WHEN CAN YOU COMPLETE THE VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE?
You may complete the Virtual Experience anytime between January 27 to January 29, 2023. All results must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on January 29, 2023.
IS THERE A SPECIFIC APP I NEED TO USE TO TRACK MY DISTANCES AND TIMES?
You may track your distances and times with any app, watch, or fitness device that you would like. We will provide more details closer to the event date.
CAN I USE A TREADMILL?
Yes, you may!
CAN I BREAK UP THE DISTANCE(S)?
At the time of the event, it is important that you follow Covid-19 guidelines from your state and local public health officials. While we do encourage athletes to complete each distance (5K, Half, and/or Full) of their virtual challenge in one effort, you are certainly able to break up the distance if you prefer or need to in order to comply with guidelines. The results will only allow for one submission, so if you opt to break into multiple runs/walks, you'll need to add your times together to submit at one time.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FINISHER KIT?
We will begin mailing your finisher kit starting 4-6 weeks after the virtual event ends to the address you provided during registration. You must submit your results for all distances completed in order to receive your Finisher Kit.
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN MY FINISHER KIT?
Your Finisher Kit items will be based on the distance(s) you complete and results that are submitted prior to the results submission deadline on January 29, 2023.
WILL YOU SHIP FINISHER KITS INTERNATIONALLY?
We highly encourage you to use a U.S. address during registration to which we'll ship your Finisher Kit. Note: international shipments will come at an additional cost to the participant based on the shipping location and weight of the package. We will only ship the package ONCE and are not responsible for any lost or unreceived packages.

CAN ANYONE REGISTER?
Yes, the #VirtuallyMiamiFamous Experience is open to everyone.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT FAQS
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY BIB?
Click here to visit your Profile. From there, you will see "View Digital Bib" on the right panel of your registration for this event. You must be logged into your RSU account to access this. You do not need to wear a bib during your run. Your bib will be available to download in January 2023.
HOW DO I RESEND MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
RunSignUp allows you to access your registration through your Profile. From there you can resend your confirmation email if you have misplaced it, or if you have not received it.
Note: If you did not receive your confirmation make sure to check your Spam/Clutter folders.
You will always be able to resend the registration confirmation for any registrations associated with your Profile (including any sub-accounts of yours) by following these steps:
- Sign In to RunSignUp
- Go to your Profile
- See your events under Upcoming Events
- Click Resend Confirmation next to the registration that you would like to resend the confirmation email.
- Check the email listed in your Profile for your registration confirmation
Click Resend Confirmation next to the registration that you would like to resend the registration confirmation.
At that point, the confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with that registration. If the original confirmation message did not send because you had a typo in an email address, you will need to update this information as explained in How to Correct Typo/Modify Profile.
HOW DO I RESET MY RSU PASSWORD?
If you ever happen to forget your password, simply open up the “Login”, and click Forgot Password? At this point, you can enter in the email address you use to access your RunSignup account, and click on the button labeled Send Reset Password Link
After clicking the “Reset Password” button, you will receive an email with a unique link allowing you to reset the password for your RunSignUp account.

RESULT SUBMISSION FAQS
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY RESULTS?
Click here to visit your Profile. From there, you will see "Submit Virtual Results" and other options on the right panel of your registration for this event. You must be logged into your RSU account to access this. Miles must be logged within the challenge time frame (Jan. 27-29, 2023). You may track your distance with a number of different phone apps (Strava, Garmin Connect, etc.), your watch, or your favorite fitness device. Click here for detailed instructions.
