DAY-OF-RACE GENERAL SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Time: 6:00–6:30 AM

Registration & Coffee Area (Barrel Room / Outside Barrel Room)
• Set up registration and t-shirt tables with all necessary supplies (tables are in the Barrel Room).
• Place one table for breakfast and coffee near a wall with an outlet.
• Set up one general admission table outside the Barrel Room.
• Hang event banners in visible, high-traffic locations.

Start / Finish Line Set-Up
Location: Far left side of Cahaba (near Redmont Distilling)
Tent & Tables
• Set up the 10x10 tent (located in the Barrel Room).
• Set up two tables (located behind the black curtain in the Barrel Room).
Coolers & Drinks
• Retrieve two coolers.
• Fill one cooler with water and one with Powerade.
• Add one bag of ice to each cooler (ice is in the blue cooler in the Barrel Room).
Supplies
• Retrieve the Start/Finish Line bin (patches, cowbells, snacks, first aid kit).
• Place bin contents neatly on one table.
• Place coolers on or next to the second table.
• Hang one trash bag on the tent for used cups.
Cups
• Pre-fill cups: half with water and half with Powerade.
