Registration should include:

Packets and swag bags for registered participants
Packets for unregistered participants
T-Shirts for unregistered participants who want to buy a shirt
Bibs for unregistered participants
Hole punchers for unregistered participants who are under 21 and can't drink a margarita

Taco Table High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Every participant with a bib will be allowed one free taco.
Any participant who wants more than one taco will be required to give a donation.
Those without a bib will be required to give a donation (Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check).

The taco table will need:

Plates
Napkins
A donation bucket for those who want to pay cash or check.
A poster with our Venmo and PayPal code.

Margarita Bar High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Every participant with a bib will be allowed one free margarita.
Every participant who wants more than one margarita will be required to give a donation.
Those without a bib will be required to give a donation.
No one under 21 years of age will be allowed a margarita and will be identified by a hole punched in their bib.

Soda Bar High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Every participant with a bib will be allowed one free soda.
Any participants who wants more than one soda will be required to give a donation.
Those without a bib will be required to give a donation.

Clean Up High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Clean up will be extremely important.

Areas that will need to be cleaned:
Race course
Pavilion where the taco and margaritas were given out
Stands were people were sitting and eating.
