Staging/Setup

Details

Arrive early, 5:00 am, on race morning, 12/3/2023. Help setup tables/chairs booths etc. Must be able to lift 10-25 lbs. Task completes at race start, 7:00am.

Awards Distribution

Details

Arrive by 6:30am 12/3/2023. Organize the age division medals prior to the race. Match participant bib number with list from timing company. Distributes age division medals to finisher who place in their division. Task complete by 11:30am - end of the race.

Water Station Volunteer

Details

Arrive by 6:00am 12/3/2023. Will be assigned to one of 4 water stations. Will fill cups with water and Gatorade and distribute to passing runners. Task completes when the last returning runner passes your assigned water station.

This task will be performed at your assigned street corner on Sunday, 12/3/2023.

Traffic Control

At least 45 more volunteers needed.

Details

Arrive by 6:00am 12/3/2023. Will be assigned to a location on the race route. Will direct runners to help them stay on course. Task completes when the last returning runner passes your assigned location. Must be 15 years old or older unless accompanied by an adult.

Arrive by 5:30am 12/3/2023. Help setup finish line water tables and snacks. Help unwrap and distribute finisher medal and manage the crowd around the start/finish line. Task completes by 11:30am, the end of the race.
