​● Tasks: Set up barricades, banners, and tables; direct early traffic; assist with initial area cleanup.

​Finish Line Crew (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM)

​● Focus: Participant management & support

​● Tasks: Hand out medals and water; guide finishing runners through the chute to keep traffic moving safely.

​Post-Race Crew (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

​● Focus: Event teardown & site restoration

● ​Tasks: Assist with finish line breakdown, equipment packing, and overall venue cleanup.

Volunteers for the kids race will help set up the 300-meter dash course, arrange start and finish areas, and award participants at the finish line.
Key Duties:

​● Course Setup: Place cones along the perimeter to clearly mark the 300-meter dash route.

● ​Start & Finish Area: Set up banners, staging lines, and equipment for the beginning and end of the race.

​● Participant Rewards: Hand out medals and treats to children as they cross the finish line.
