You’ll support runners on-course ensuring that they are traveling in the right direction and helping with traffic.

Volunteers are usually assigned individually or as a pair - and you get to wear a cool vest and wave an orange flag. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.

You’ll support runners helping at aid/water stations filling cups for runners as they pass through and cheering them on!

This is a great opportunity for volunteers of all ages, corporate teams and community groups. Ideally, we assign 10-12 people per aid/water stations.

Volunteers will receive a t-shirt, snacks and drinks.

Start & Finish Line Support High Priority

You’ll help setup the Start Line with morning bib check and t-shirt hand out. After this, you'll help setup food, water and medal stations. Next, you'll help hand out medals & food to runners as they cross the line!

Volunteers will receive a t-shirt, snacks and drinks. This is a great opportunity for all ages!
