Details

Volunteers will be needed to help distribute race day bibs to participants.

You must have an eye for detail and be able to use a Chromebook.

You will be checking ID when runners arrive to verify, they are the person on the registration, marking the back of the bib with their shirt size, and helping answer race day questions

T-shirts High Priority

Details

Volunteers will help with race day distribution of t-shirts. You must be able to lift 25 lbs.

You may need to lift and open the boxes of shirts.

You will be checking the back of the participant bibs to check for size and mark off that they already received a shirt.

Wear comfortable/casual clothing.

You will be outside, wear sunscreen and a hat. You will be provided with a safety vest that you will return at the end of the event.

Water and snacks will be available.

Water Station High Priority

Details

Volunteers are needed to arrive on site starting at 6 am and be prepared to stay until 10:30 AM

Volunteers are needed to set up and mange the hydration station for runners. This is one of the BEST volunteer positions. You get to see the runners up close, cheer them on, and provide badly needed refreshments.

You will check in at the volunteer tent on race day and then head to hydration station. Supplies will already be dropped off and ready to go.

Wear comfortable, casual attire and sunscreen. You will be outside and may be lifting and moving boxes, chairs and tables.

Water and snacks will be available throughout the day.

Finish line food and medals High Priority

Details

Volunteers are needed to arrive on site starting at 6 AM until 11 AM
Volunteers are needed to manage the finish line. This includes staging the after race refreshments, unpacking, and displaying medals, and handing out medals as finishers come back in.

Wear comfortable, casual attire and sunscreen. You will be outside and may be lifting and moving boxes, chairs and tables.

Water and snacks will be available throughout the day.

Course Management High Priority

Volunteer

Details

Volunteers are needed to arrive on site starting at 6 am and be prepared to stay until 11am. Volunteers are needed to direct traffic, provide directions to volunteers, and manage the parking lot.
You will be responsible for making sure everyone is safe and going in the correct direction.

We will provide signs, safety vests, water and snacks.

Wear comfortable, casual attire and sunscreen. You will be outside and may be lifting and moving boxes, chairs and tables.
