This job is the most fun. You will carry the POW/MIA flag in the race as a "pacer" that means you know you can carry a steady pace (you don't have to be fast) while Sounding Off and carrying the POW/MIA flag. Indicate what pace you can do... 13 min/mi (fast walk) 12 min/mile jog, 11 min mile (that was Ranger Wilson's pace) 10 min/mi (you're really running now) faster than that? Let us know!

Set up and up pack medals, hand out medals at finish
Set up and hand out snacks, bananas, oranges.

Course Marshal High Priority

You will arrive at 6:00 am to put cones around the course to mark where the turns are and then you will be assigned a station to help people stay on the course during the race.

Set Up High Priority

You will help set up the race course put out course cones to mark the course, registration and packet pick up booths, tables, MC stage, help with finish line if necessary. You will set up trash bins and water station tables and carry water and electrolyte to the stations.

Take Down High Priority

Details

You will help take down the race course pick up course cones, take down registration and packet pick up booths, tables, MC stage, help with finish line if necessary. You will pick up trash, take trash bins to dumpster, break down water station tables empty water take back supplies.

Water Station High Priority

Details

You will help with setting up the water station with water and electrolyte and handing it out as the racers pass. You will be assigned a station when you arrive.

You will help with same day registration and take payment and direct to packet pick up .

You will set up the packet pickup booth, organize shirts and bibs, hand out people's bibs, T-shirts, tote bags.
