Mile Marker #2 is located on the Los Alamitos Creek Trail, between Casswood Court, and Lemonwood Court. At this mile marker runners will have already reached the turnaround and be returning back along the trail.

Mile Markers - Miles 3 & 6 (for 10K)

Miles 3 and 6 for the 10K are right next to each other, on opposite sides of the trail. One person will stand at these two mile markers and call out the race time.

These two mile markers are located on Los Alamitos Trail (on the tarmac), opposite Leland High School.

Miles 4 and 5 for the 10K are right next to each other, on opposite sides of the trail. One person will stand at these two mile markers and call out the race time.

These two mile markers are located on Los Alamitos Trail, just off Pfeiffer Ranch Road at Rocky Crest Drive.

Water Station - Mile 2

Details

Stand at mile 2 with water station. There will be two people, jugs of water, a collapsible table, lots of paper water cups, and two garbage cans. The volunteers will take the table, water, water cups and garbage cans to the station and then pour initial cups of water and continue to fill new cups of water as needed. One volunteer will fill cups while the other hands cups to returning runners. Once the last runner/walker is through the station, the volunteers will collect all cups on the floor, the garbage cans and return to the Stadium to drop these off.

The volunteers will restock the table with food as needed. All food will be pre-wrapped items and fruit. Once the race is over the volunteers will clean up the station and empty garbage cans.
