In this role you will be helping the overall operation of the aid station. You'll assist with the set-up and/or tear-down of the station. You'll be cutting up fruit, making sandwiches, cooking hot food items, pouring drinks, and any other general needs a runner may have in being served. You could also be assisting us with runner tracking/timing.

In this role you'll be checking participants off on a timing sheet (pen and paper) verifying that they did indeed make it to your location. You only need to carry pen, paper, and clipboard. This is NOT an aid station.

Assist in marking of the course using ribbons and laminated signs and posts. You'll run/hike anywhere from 4-6 miles.

Assist in the taking down of course markings. You'll be removing ribbons from trees and retrieving laminated signs and posts.

Event Set-Up

Details

Assist HPRS staff with setting up the event. You'll help get the check-in and registration table set, get the start/finish line erected, make sure there is fluids for runners at the start, move drop bags to the appropriate location, and direct runners as needed in the event of questions.

Event Clean-Up High Priority

Details

Assist HPRS staff with cleaning up the event. You'll help take down the Finish Line and aid station, you'll assist in loading supplies into the trailer, and assist with general clean-up of the event site so we leave it better than we found it.
