Registration High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Registration will be fast-paced for a short period of time. You'll check people in and let them know where to sign up for their events. You'll also handle some money and be responsible for making change if necessary.

Set Up Medium Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be responsible for helping set up the track & field meets in advance. Typically set up will begin around 4:30 p.m. Some heavy lifting is required including working with others to move high jump mats, shot puts, starting blocks and the like. We'll also be setting up the throwing vectors and hanging banners.

Meet Official High Priority

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Meet officials assist with marking/measuring field events and basically running an event with one other person. You will need to be accurate and have some knowledge of certain field events. On the track, we'll need your assistance with gathering data on runners such as names and finishing places.
