Packet pick-up volunteers assist on the day before the race, between 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., by assigning bibs to runners and handing out hoodies. They are also asked to help load and unload packet pick-up boxes weighing about 30 pounds.

Registration involves checking in runners as they arrive, confirming their information, and providing them with their race bibs and hoodies. Volunteers will help ensure the process runs smoothly so participants are ready to start their race on time.

Starting/Finish line Set Up High Priority

Details

Loading and unloading timing equipment from 5:45 to 7:00 a.m., including the race clock, timing mats, ChronoTrack briefcases (about 25 pounds), cables, and other related items.

Post-Race Clean up High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

We need two volunteers to help with post-race clean up from 10:00 a.m. to about 1:00 p.m. This will include picking up course signs, loading equipment into the van, and assisting with general clean-up after the race. Your help will make a big difference in wrapping up the event smoothly.
