Assist with preparing the race site and race course in preparation for the days' event. Includes table set-up, t-shirt distribution set-up, registration set-up, food tent set-up and race course set-up. This includes lifting tables and boxes, hanging banners, and setting up the food tent.

Registration Volunteers

Details

We need 8 volunteers to assist racers who come to register the day of the event. We would need you from 7:00 am - 8:45 am.

T-Shirt Distribution Volunteers

Details

We need six (6) volunteers who would be available to hand t-shirts to runners prior to the race. Assistance would be needed from 7 am - 9:00 am

Race Course Volunteers

Details

We are in need of 25 race course volunteers who would be there to cheer on the runners, make sure they stay safe during race route. You must be 18 years old to assist us with this task. Safety vests will be provided. The service hours would be from 7:30-10 am.

Food Tent & General Assistance

Details

The Food Tent and General Assistance volunteers would assist us by keeping the food and water stocked. In addition, volunteers would assist in making sure the trash is manageable and general clean-up of the venue. We need six volunteers for these tasks.

Awards Ceremony Assistant

We would need one volunteer to set-up the awards table and assist during the awards announcements. We would need a volunteer from 7:30-10 am.

Tear Down & Clean-Up

Details

We need six volunteers to assist with general clean-up and take down of the event. We would need your assistance from 9:45 am - 11:45 am at the very latest. This includes some lifting.
