Race Day Packet Pick-up and BIB/shirt distribution are the most important job.

I am looking for 4 people for Packet Pickup 3pm - 6pm JULY 1st.
West Villages Ace Hardware
Ace is serving up Hot Dogs & Hamburgers while supplies last. 

Need another 4 people or the same 4 also on July 2nd 2:30PM - 6PM

The morning-of at 5:30 am set up 4 PEOPLE.
Organizing the bibs and handing out the bibs & t-shirts. 
YOU NEED to:
Make sure your learn the Check-in App this is very important..
Greet runners, ask them to show you there QR Code and use the Check-in APP to verify, may need to ask them what their name is, then give them the next bib, when handing bibs out (Double Check name, age & gender. (Double check)
Tell the next station the shirt size.
The next station hands them their t-shirt. This station is recommended to have the different sizes stacked up separately for quick access. Check-in app will have shirt sizes.
