Help build scoreboard on site at Flounders Restaurant 3 days prior to event.

Lunch and T-shirt provided

This task is physically demanding and will require some upper body strength and time in the sun. You will be digging in the sand.

Pensacola Sports will provide drinks, and food for volunteers upon completion. High School Students will receive community service hours.

There are multiple set ups during this weekend event: Please see the details below for each days set up

June 21 - Setting Up Captains Meeting & Late Registration
June 22 - Setting Up Weigh In tables, scales, flooring area
June 24 - Setting Up Awards Area, placing awards

Each Set up will consist of moving tables, rubber flooring, coolers etc. for the needs of the tournament and placing items where they need to go. These set ups will be physical and be done through the sand.

T-shirt provided, High School Students will receive community service hours.

Monitor the parking lot area for anglers that are coming in to weigh by land. Help anglers maneuver in reserved parking spaces and see that no one parks in a reserved weigh in spot for anglers.

Details

Handle fish being brought in to the scales for weighing. Clear fish mouth of any ice, bait or hooks. Tag the fish tail with a knife cut. Place fish on fish scale. Gloves are provided. The use of knives and/or pliers will be required.

There are multiple tear downs during this weekend event: Please see the details below for each days set up

June 21 - Partial Tear Down of the Captains Meeting, Removing Tables, Tents, and reorganizing locations for the next days setup
June 23 - Complete Tear down of the weigh in area, removal of weigh in tables, scales, fishing equipment in preparation for awards set up the next day
June 24 - Complete Tear down of awards area including flooring, tables, scoreboard, awards for Flounders to be back to normal operations the next morning.

Each Tear down will consist of moving tables, rubber flooring, coolers etc. for the needs of the tournament and placing items where they need to go. These tear downs will be physical and be down through the sand.

End times are subject to change. Tshirt, and drinks provided to volunteers. High School Students will receive community service hours.
