When to arrive at Ashton Brosnaham Park: 6am
What to wear: Comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. If you are representing a school or organization, you are welcome to wear a t-shirt or other item for what you are representing.
Various duties/tasks to be assigned:
Set up of course – set up start and finish signs, set up cones
Check-in – ensuring runners are present, handing out packets and t-shirts
Direct runners on course – stand in particular spots to guide runners in right direction of course
Water – water will be handed out at the 1.5 mile marker
Timing – write down the time of runners crossing finish line with corresponding bib number
Clean up after race – pick up trash, break down tents, pick up course items (i.e. cones, banners, etc.)
