Arrival Time: 6:30am

Bus will drive you onto runway at 6:45am sharp! You will put gloves on and begin filling cups with water. Hand runners water (and cheer) as they come by. Put all used cups and other trash in the trash cans.

Gear Check/Lost & Found

Place runners' items in a bag, write their bib number on it and staple it shut. Ensure that there is always at least one person at the table until all items have been collected after the race.

Additionally, accept any lost items for Lost & Found.

Finish Line Water Station

Distribute water to participants at the finish line. Position yourselves so that you don’t block the finish line. Cheer and congratulate the runners on finishing!

Unpack all medals upon arrival. Once race has begun, stand at end of the cones on either side of the finish line handing out medals. Encourage runners to continue to move away from finish line.

Check in volunteers as they arrive for their shift and give them a volunteer shirt. Answer any questions volunteers may have during the event. Assist TPA's volunteer coordinator as needed.

Race Shirt/Bib Pickup Table - Helpers

Ensure that only runners/walkers with bibs attached to the front of their shirt enter the runway. Participants will be allowed out to the starting line at 7:20 a.m. Race starts at 8:00 a.m.
