You must be 15-65 years old to volunteer for this task.

Able to assist with setting up tents, tables, runners arch, etc. Please report to registration tent upon arrival.

Set Up Begins: 5 am
Take Down Begins: 9:30 am (ish)

Registration High Priority

PLEASE REPORT TO REGISTRATION TENT AT 6 AM (on time please)
You will assist with those seeking to register for the event by making sure they COMPLETE a paper registration form. The position also includes donation processing.
NOTE:
A lead person will be present to offer assistance at all times.

On Route Water Station Medium Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

PLEASE REPORT TO REGISTRATION TENT AT 7:00 AM (on time please)
You will assist in setting up the water station and then assist runners as they approach your station by having water in hand to pass to them. Smiles and congratulations go a long way as well.

NOTE: Please be observant of runners and note possible fatigue or other signs of caution. Medical personnel will be present.

Finish Line Refreshment Station Medium Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

PLEASE REPORT TO REGISTRATION TENT AT 7:00 AM (on time please)
You will assist in setting up the water station and then assist runners as they cross the finish line by having water & snacks in hand to hand them. Smiles and congratulations go a long way as well.

NOTE: Please be observant of runners and note possible fatigue or other signs of caution. Medical personnel will be present.

On Route Assistant

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

PLEASE REPORT TO REGISTRATION TENT AT 7:00 AM (on time please)
You will be coached and placed at strategic spots on the route and serve to vocally (loudly) direct runners in the proper direction.
Smiles and congratulations go a long way as well.

Parking High Priority

You must be 18-88 years old to volunteer for this task.

You will be coached and placed at strategic spots and serve to direct attendees upon arrival to the proper parking area. Then, direct attendees in the proper direction.
