Packet Pick Up 5pm – 8:30pm

Packet pick up is for participants that have pre-registered. You will be given a roster of participant names, including their pre-assigned BIB number and packet [size] information.

Additionally, you will have safety pins for bibs, a first aid kit, and course map

Details

Registration Table 5pm – 8:30pm

Thank you for agreeing to help with ABR. [list all 3] have been assigned to Registration. Registration is setup for participants that wish to register on site. Please direct participants to complete registration using the provided QR code. For participants paying with cash/check, please be prepared to enter them into the site and take payment. This station will also be issuing Bibs and entering the number into the RaceSignUp App into the participants’ profile. Registration for the 5K is from 5pm – 7pm. We will continue taking 1 mile registration until that event begins at 8:30pm.

Finish Line/Timer Assisting High Priority

Details

Ensure participants’ bibs are visible as they enter the finish line chute, record bib #, CHEER, and remind runners to return chips to the chip return buckets. Also, direct runners to refreshments (water/bananas)

Route Volunteer

You must be 13 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Check-in at the volunteer tent at 6pm. You will be provided a run shirt for your willingness to participate. You will also be provided with a safety vest that is required when on route, please return to the volunteer coordinator. There are 6 intersections we are asked to cover during the event. Please be prepared to stop or redirect traffic during the run, cheer on runners as they pass and send them in the right direction. Golf carts will be on site to deliver you to the intersection you are assigned.
