5:30 AM - Set up the aid station, man, and then break down the aid station and clean up all trash.

5:30 AM - Assist with finish line set up, finish line management (direct runners into chutes, keep them moving, disperse them after finishing), and finish line breakdown.

Pre-race set up

5 AM- Assist with race set up - set up the tent and tables, safety barriers, sound system, and other equipment.

5 AM - Equipment will be unloaded on Saturday, then reloaded after the race. Gloves are recommended.

Refreshments and Water

5 AM --o set up refreshments (individually packaged snacks), bottled water for finishers, water barrel with ice water for runners to refill individual water bottles. Break down and clean up afterwards.
