Come anytime Friday night or Saturday morning by 9 to help set up for B2B. Adults or girls 13 and up with an adult.

Race Day Volunteers - Adults

You must be 16-99 years old to volunteer for this task.

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

We need help in the trading post, with registration, at the campfire, in the kitchen, setting up/facilitating activities, cleanup, etc.

Overnight Volunteers

You must be 18-99 years old to volunteer for this task.

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers are needed to host groups overnight, and to help with breakfast/cleanup Sunday morning

Girl Scouts/Troop Volunteers

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

Troops and individual girl scout/adult combos are needed to help on Saturday from noon to three pm. You may help with flag ceremony, campfire, aid stations, or cheer teams.

Planning Team

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

We need people to help promote the event, organize volunteers and Girl Scouts participation, supply shop, secure donations, etc.
