Arrive at Metra Station at 10:00 am
Obtain trophies and medals from race director
Take trophies and medals to Main tent
Enter tent at 11:00 or as soon as it opens.
Tell them you are with the 5K and locate the 5K awards table
Set trophies on the table and arrange the medals for fast, efficient distribution
Hand out awards as winners come to the table to collect them
