(6:45-7:45 am) Volunteers will assist with misc. race day preparation as needed (course prep, refreshments, water/ice, etc.)

RACE DAY REFRESHMENTS Prep & Serve- Sat., July 13, 2024 (6:45-8:30 a.m.) High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Prepare, refill & serve refreshments for race participants. Prep serving area.

Race Day Packet Pickup, Saturday, July 13, 2024 (6:45-7:45 a.m.) High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

(6:45-7:45 am) Volunteers will distribute race shirts, bibs, etc. for participants

Post Race Tear Down & Clean up (9:30-10:30 a.m.) Medium Priority

Details

(9:30-10:30 a.m. approx) Volunteers will assist with clean up after the race- collect signs, pick up trash, load supplies for return to storage shed

Race Day Course Marshals (7:30-9am) High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 11 more volunteers needed.

Details

(7:30-9am) Course marshals will be posted along the course to help keep participants safe during the run/walk. First dibs for the course marshal gig go to the guys who want to help support this ladies-focused event! (But everyone's help is welcome!)
