Race Day Set Up- Saturday, July 12, 2025 (6:45-7:45 a.m.) Medium Priority

(6:45-7:45 am) Volunteers will assist with misc. race day preparation as needed (course prep, refreshments, water/ice, etc.)

RACE DAY REFRESHMENTS Prep & Serve- Sat., July 12, 2025 (7:15-9:00 a.m.) High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Set up, refill & serve refreshments for race participants. Prep and tidy serving area. (No cooking involved!)

Race Day Packet Pickup, Saturday, July 12, 2025 (6:45-7:45 a.m.) High Priority

Race Day Course Marshals, Saturday, July 12, 2025 (7:30-9am) High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

(7:30-9am) Course marshals will be posted along the course to help keep participants safe during the run/walk. First dibs for the course marshal gig go to the guys who want to help support this ladies-focused event! (But everyone's help is welcome!)

Post Race Tear Down & Clean up, Saturday, July 12, 2025 (9:30-10:30 a.m.) Medium Priority

(9:30-10:30 a.m. approx) Volunteers will assist with clean up after the race- collect signs, pick up trash, load supplies for return to storage shed

Prep water station located near mile 1- fill and distribute water cups to race participants; collect and dispose of used cups/trash near water station
