Packet Pick Up / Runner Services: 5:00 - 8:30 PM

Be a part of the anticipation and excitement before the big race! Athletes pick up event information and race bib numbers at Packet Pick Up. Help ready this large event for participants by passing out t-shirts and race information or assisting in greeting people or providing directional assistance. After Packet Pick-up Closes, slide on over to the start / finish line to help pass out bottle water, medals and snacks as participants cross the finish line.

Course Marshal: 5:30 - 8:30 PM

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 35 more volunteers needed.

Are you enthusiastic and can communicate well with others? Then be a Course Marshal! Course Marshals play a vital role supporting the participants and directing them on the route. Sign up individually or with a buddy! You will be assigned a specific spot on the course.

Start Line / Runner Services 6:30 - 8:30 PM

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Be the first to see the many walkers and runners as they come across the finish line. Be a part of the finish celebration! As they finish, we need your help to guide them through the finish line handing out bottled water and food.

ID Check: Wristband Distribution 5:00 - 8:00 PM

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

Assist participants in getting ready to enjoy their post race beverage by checking IDs.

Beer Servers (Must Have Valid Indiana Drivers Licenses) 6:00 - 9:00 PM

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 13 more volunteers needed.

Details

Keep the party flowing by pouring the craft beers for the post race after party! Must have Valid Indiana Drivers License.
