Be present at 7:15a and be dressed weather appropriate/be available to stand on the course (7:15 to 9:45a approx) until notified that all runners have passed through. If volunteers are able to bring cell phones this will enhance communication.

Head Water Volunteer Coordinator High Priority

Be present at 7:00a to set up and direct water stop volunteers. Have cell phone available for communications/emergencies. Be able to direct other attendants in resourcing water on the course to participants.

Two 4 wheelers with drivers available to help with transportation of potentially injured participants and clear trail after race-time. Availability: 7:00 - 10:00

Table and Tent Assistants

Details

Be available throughout the day starting at 6:30a for table set up, predetermined vendor table sites and venue prep prior to the event. Be available after the event for breakdown and pack-up of the tables, tents, trash and scene pickup.
