Ensure accurate race results and a smooth finish line experience! Timing Volunteers will assist with recording race times using our timing equipment. Responsibilities include operating timing devices, managing finish line flow, and helping to compile and report official race times. Attention to detail is key for this role.

Water Station High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Help keep our runners hydrated and motivated! As a Water Station Volunteer, you'll be responsible for setting up and managing water stations along the race route. Duties include filling cups with water, handing them to runners as they pass by, and cheering them on to keep their spirits high.

Packet Pickup High Priority

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Be the first friendly face our participants see! Packet Pickup Volunteers will help distribute race packets to runners before the race. Duties include checking in participants, handing out race bibs, t-shirts, and any other race materials, as well as answering any questions participants may have about the event.
