This is an outdoor volunteer opportunity in a tent. This volunteer will check-in each volunteer, assure that the volunteer waiver has been signed, and direct each volunteer to the location where they will be working.

Work as a team setting up tables, chairs, signs. This is a bending, lifting, movement filled opportunity! This is an outdoor opportunity with occasional need to unload items from outdoors.

Pre-Registration

Welcome participants that have pre-registered for their chosen event (Baby Bunny, Little Bunny, or Big Bunny ) Check them in identifying them on the registration spreadsheet, hand out the race bibs and direct the participants to the where they will be starting. Answer questions as needed. This is an outdoor opportunity in a small tent.

Outdoor Triage - Front (Info/Directing)

Thank each participant for their donation as they drop them off. Moving full donation bins into school office and replacing bins with an empty one.

Details

Assist in keeping all food and drinks available for runners. Re-stock as needed. Keep the area neat and pleasing to the eye. Assist runners as needed (opening bottles, explaining products or flavors, etc). Refer to refreshment captain if you have questions. Have fun!!

This is a perfect position for someone who is willing to help fill in volunteer holes. This person will float to a variety of areas to assist with multiple tasks. This opportunity will be for indoor and outdoor assistance.
