Thank you for your interest in supporting the 5th Annual run FROSTY run 5K by volunteering!

Volunteers may be placed in the following areas:

- Course monitor - 9:45 am to 11:00 am
- Water station - 9:45 am to 10:30 am

You will be outside helping to ensure participants stay on course and watch for traffic at intersections.

Report at 9:30 am and expect to be outdoors from 9:45 am to 11:00 am. You can drive to your location and warm up in your vehicle as needed.

Please complete the online registration form and we will contact you to confirm your volunteer role.

If you would like to volunteer with someone, add their name. They will also need to complete an application.

If you have a time constraint, please let us know so that we can work with your schedule.

Direct cars to parking areas - 8:00 am to 9:45 am
Hand out race packets - 8:00 am to 9:45 am
