Details

You will be helping to unload the truck and set up tables, chairs, the stage and other various pieces of equipment prior to event.

You will help pack, fold and load equipment into truck and pick up trash at end of event.

You will hand out finisher medals to all who cross the finish line!

Chip Removal

We will have you clip and collect timing chips from all runners.

5K Course Volunteers

Water Station

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will help to setup and staff the water station. Fill water cups, hand water to runners, pick up all trash.

Course Worker

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will stand out along the course to provide encouragement and help monitor people to ensure everyone has passed and does not need any course assistance. Direct runner and walkers using voice and hand signals.

Can work in pairs or small groups. Have fun!

Make sure registration from is filled out completely and correctly.
Make change if needed.

Details

Those working pre-registration (8/19) will hand out the previously prepared packet that belongs to that participant. Mark name on sheet to show that packet has been picked up.

Those working race day registration (8/20) will hand out the packets based on T-shirt size.

Other Tasks

Refreshment Setup/Tear Down

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will help assist in setting up the refreshment tables for participants. We will have oranges, bananas, granola bars and water for everyone.
