Date for Volunteering: August 18th, 2024

Help with traffic at intersections on course, also keep runners on course.
Any under the age of must be accompanied with one adult. (18 years of age or older)

(4-6 Adult Volunteers needed possibly)

If you are available to help out in this area we would greatly appreciate your help.

We needed one shift from 7:00 am - 9:00 am and a second shift from 9:00 am - 11:00 am please sign up for your preferred shift.

Race Morning Registration High Priority

Details

Need 2 volunteers for new participants registration morning of the race event. Would need to get participants registration filled out on provided laptops.

Starting at 6:00 am and going until 7:30 am

Handout finisher medal's as participants finish their race.

Need 4 volunteers from 8:00am - 10:00am
Possibly may be a little longer depending on the last of those finishing up.

Details

Need 6 volunteers to handle pre registration participants packets and handing out their event shirts.
Also hand out if available new participants registering morning of event their shirts.
