Done the night before the event (November 23rd), depending on the weather.
We will get the keys from Spike (building manager), place "race in progress" signs on road along with a plastic bag that has vests, flags, and race shirts for volunteers, place a parking sign on the south gate of Gruel Building, unload snacks and costumes, inflate turkey, hang sponsor banners by the starting line or parking area, and hang the no dog signs.
