What:
Load runner Drop Bags into vehicle - dividing drop bags between 50 Mile and 50K races. Keep bags safe overnight. Drop Bags either travel to Dominion Trestle or to DeBorgia on Saturday morning.

What:
Many runners will arrive with drop bags on the morning of the race. Therefore the drop bags from Friday night and Saturday morning must be combined at the starting line of the 50 Mile and 50K and then transported to the Drop Bag locations at Dominion Trestle (50Milers) and DeBorgia (50K and 50Milers). Load runner Drop Bags into truck. You will be taking drop bags to Dominion Trestle or DeBorgia and the bags must be divided appropriately by 50 mile or 50K race.

Drop Bag Pick Up

What:
Pick up Drop Bags from Dominion Trestle and DeBorgia and return to St. Regis for a total of 3-4 trips throughout the day as the runners pass those aid stations. Distribute on St. Regis Park lawn for runner pick up at 3-4 times.

What:
Man one of the nine aid stations along the course. Earlier aid stations have fewer runners and you'll be done sooner. Later aid stations have lots of runners and you're there for the duration. Basic aid station supplies will be provided but it's up to you to make your aid station the one people talk about! Cookies, music, free movies, Oula....whatever it takes to help our runners enjoy their day and propel them to the finish line!
More specifics will be provided if you chose to be an aid station.
Aid Stations should have two - three people to ensure enough help to mark off runners and help keep them fueled.
Aid Station leaders need to pick up their supplies on Friday, June 16th at the St. Regis Community Center at 7pm.
