Details

Two volunteers will be dropped off at the approx 1/2 way point to pour cups of water for the runners. You'll have a signage, table, enough cups for all runners to have water, water jugs and trash bags.

Please note that often times, to keep their pace, runners will toss the cup on the ground. We ask that you leave this area clean after all runners have come through.

Volunteer will pick you up (or you can have your car with you) to get the table, trash and any leftovers back to New Belgium.

Details

Course Marshalls will be given a specific location along the 5k route to stay during the entire 5k. You'll have the important task of pointing runners in the correct direction, looking out for neighborhood traffic and calling in any safety concerns.

It is very important that you're in place by 10:30am so we can confirm the start of the race at 11:00am.

Once ALL 5k participants have passed you, you may leave your post. Please bring any Race to the Taps 5k signage back with you to New Belgium

Details

Volunteers at the Start/ Finish will assist with getting the race started, knowing when the timers are ready in coordination with all runners and the race emcee. More instruction will be given day of.

As the race ends, these volunteers will assist with handing out complementary water to all participating runners.

Details

Runners will have the option to pick up their race bib and t-shirt the morning of the race. We will have iPads ready to check in each runner.

We will set up tables and runners will line up. You'll take down their name and information with shirt size will pop up. You'll enter their bib number and hand it over to them to pin on their shirt.

When all runners have taken off from the finsh line, we'll pack this area up and organize the awards for after the race.
