7:30-10:00
Volunteers will act as directional volunteers and answer any questions runners may have. Volunteers will be the eyes and ears of our course! They will assist park patrons in safely crossing the course, during breaks in the runners. Volunteers will also look out for injured participants and call for medical help if needed. Race assistants are asked to bring cheer on runners as they complete their race. Finally race assistants need cleanup the suroundings to make sure no gabage is left behind.

Volunteers will assist with the set up and break down of the fluid station, before and after the race. During the race, volunteers will fill and hand out cups of water to all race participants. We ask that volunteers ensure their fluid station stays clean and that they cheer on runners throughout their opportunity.
