There are various jobs that need to be filled throughout the day from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm from set up to break down:
-Registration section (tents, tables, check-in computers, t-shirts, race bib)
-Stage (small stage with PA system)
-Tasting stops (tents, tables, cups, beer, portable speakers)
-Merchandise Tent (tent, tables, Drink Like a Girl merchandise, etc)
-Blowup arch & feather flag placement
-Gate off sections for the 1-mile route with the City of Auburn help
-Check-in registrants
-Direct walkers along the route
-Supervise walkers to maintain control of beer consumption after each stop
-Pour beer at stops
-Run merchandise tent
-Breakdown all of the above
This will be an easy and fun day! Thank you for joining us!
With your help not only will we create a successful event together, but we will also help build the Harriet Tubman Mural on the Nolan building in Auburn NY!
