Course Marshall #3 High Priority

Details

You will work on the course directing runners. Meet at the finish line by 6:30 to receive your exact assignment and instructions.

Finish Line Aid Station #3

Minimum met, 2 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Please no later than 7pm, after the race starts to help set up water for the finishers and hand it to them after they cross the finish line.

Registration #3

Minimum met, 3 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Please only sign up for registration if you have done it in the past. Registration opens at 6pm so we ask that you arrive a few minutes before 6pm to get set up.

Timing Crew #3

Minimum met, 3 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Please only sign up for this task if you have been training with the timing crew or are willing to learn the system. Timing crew is on site by 5:30pm to help set up and will need to stay to help break down and store the equipment after the last runner has finished.

Bag Check #3

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Please arrive at the Tortoise and Hare statue by 6:30pm. You will stay at the registration area to watch the runner's bags until all bags have been claimed.

Sweeper #3

This person runs with the last runner to ensure no one is left on the course.

Hydration #3

Details

This person will need to purchase 200 cups, 7 gallons of water and 2 bags of ice. You will be reimbursed at the race for all expenses. Gatorade powder will be provided by Race Director along with the Gatorade cooler.

Photographer #3 Low Priority

We would like pictures of the start, finish and at least one additional point during the race. If you like to take pictures, this is for you!
