We are looking for individuals that are willing to go to local businesses and collect Door Prizes for our event. This can be anything from a pizza, free haircut, gift basket, etc!! Basically take Sponsorship forms to businesses and ask for donations! We would work with the team of volunteers to make sure businesses aren't hit by several team members!

Must be able to drive ;)

We would like to have volunteers stationed on the course to help runners stay on course. Also looking for someone at Mile Marker 1 and 2 on Race Day! You will need to be available on Race Day from 8-11am (ish!)

Pre-Registration Table High Priority

We usually have most of our racers pre-registered! This task will mean we need you on race day around 7:30am and you will be done at 8:25am. Racers will report to your station and you will need to give them their bib as well as a shirt (if they ordered). We would like to have a team of 4 for this task. You will be able to do this task AND do the race if you would like!

Prep Team (DURING RACE) High Priority

We need a team to stay at the AG Building during the race. This team will help change the space from pre-race to post race!! Tables need cleaned up and reset with refreshments, door prize names need drawn, etc. We would like a team of 6 people for this task.

Many of you love to help in many ways!!! Every year we accept donation of apples, bananas and case of water to be used on race day for the racers. If you would like to donate, please sign up! We would ask that you drop off your donations the week of the race to the Strands of love in Anna.
