Pep Team members will be responsible for supporting and encouraging athletes where needed and handing out finisher medals at the finish line (Race Day).

Sparkler Sprint Starting Line (approximately 100 yards from the official finish line)

Finisher Medal Distribution High Priority

Details

These volunteers are responsible for distributing "finisher medals" to all participants as the cross the finish line (Race Day).

Refreshments Table Team Medium Priority

You must be 12-100 years old to volunteer for this task.

Details

Volunteers will assist with prepping the post-race refreshments table as well as replenishing supplies as necessary (Race Day).

Swag Bag Prep Team High Priority

Details

These volunteers are responsible for packing "swag bags" with sponsor promotional items. This will take place from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, June 27th.

Race Day Check In Assistant High Priority

Details

Volunteers will assist with race participant check in on RACE DAY. Volunteers will assist with participant race bib and t-shirt shirt distribution.
