Details

These volunteers will set up, move, and organize tables for vendors and sponsors, including items to be won after the run. After the race, these volunteers will need to help clean up the race, tables, and anything else needed.

Details

These adult volunteers will receive participants and help them with race day check-in, receiving their shirt, bib, safety pins, and packet pickup bags. After the race starts, the volunteers will move to the finish line to hand out medals, water, and a cooling towel as participants pass the finish line. Must have a Smart Phone and be able to download the Raceday Checkin mobile app.

These volunteers will be placed at strategic points along the race course to help guide the flow of traffic. They will also cheer on the participants as they proceed through the race route to the finish line.

These volunteers will work the brand new Licking Heights Band Boosters Concessions Stand for the very first time, handing out snacks, drinks, and free DQ ice cream to attendees.
