Unload supplies into the big building. Rearrange tables. Hang banners. Set-up registration supplies, t-shirts, awards, wine glasses. Help check-in volunteers.

Parking Monitor Medium Priority

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

*Help direct traffic and monitor parking for everyone's safety.
*Once race starts, help direct 3-mile finishers to post-race building, and 6-mile finishers to continue past the start/finish area.
*Then once 6-Mile and 15k people finish, direct them to post-race building.

Details

You'll be assigned to a designated tablet that will allow the day of race entrant to complete their registration online, pay for it and then go to packet pick-up to get their bib number.

Details

Setup and monitor water stations. Pick up and bag litter after race.
West Salem H.S. coaches and student-athletes will be at the water stations out on the course and at the Start/Finish area.

Course Monitor High Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Safety! We want all the participants and volunteers to feel safe on the route. Help us keep neighbors happy and participants safe. You may be required to move traffic cones and/or barricades. Instructions will be provided for each specific location. NOTE: Anyone signing up as Course Monitor under the age of 18 is required to be accompanied by an adult.

Zena route various locations. West Salem HS coaches, student-athletes and parents will cover most locations.

Finish Line High Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.
